Of the 21,541 people living in Albertville city in 2019, 51.7 percent (11,132) were women and 48.3 percent (10,409) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NE Alabama News.

The Birmingham VA Medical Center, subsidiary 521GI in Guntersville, Alabama scheduled 3,938 pending appointments in March compared to 4,109 during the same period last year, according to data collected from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Of the 9,277 people living in Boaz city in 2019, 50.4 percent (4,675) were women and 49.6 percent (4,602) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NE Alabama News.
