SAT scores in DeKalb County School District showed there were more 12th-grade students ready for college in the 2023-24 school year, according to the Alabama Department of Education.

Amongst all 12th-grade students in DeKalb County School District, 90.1% were considered ready to graduate, compared to 85.5% the year before.

Throughout the district, Crossville High School had the best performance, with an average college readiness of 67.6%.
