Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Weekend Offers at the Albertville Center

 

The Albertville center will be full of activities from November 17 with the Albertville City Tree Lighting Ceremony and the Thanksgiving Parade/Christmas and will continue on November 18 and 19 with the Christmas deals weekend in the center. The Albertville Chamber of Commerce will host the weekend festivities that will kick off the 2022 Christmas sales season with the "biggest small store event of the year". The tree lighting ceremony will begin on Thursday, November 17 at 5:00 p.m. m. in the Rotary Park Pavilion with the performance of AHS Vocal Ease and AMS Vocal Point. The parade will begin shortly thereafter at 5:30 p.m. This year's parade is presented by Papa Dubi's Cajun Kitchen.The open house / Christmas offers in the center will start at 5:00 p.m. m. on Friday, November 18 and will continue until 2:00 p.m. m. Saturday, November 19. The sponsors of the Center's Open Christmas House are Howard Bentley Buick GMC and La Michoacan Homemade Ice Cream and the prominent sponsors are Dr. Michael Cinader, Liberty Bank, MDA Professional Group, Santa Fe, Wayne Farms, Unique 4U Design Stuido and WQSB / Power 107.5 . There will be a variety of activities during the Open House.   • Carriage rides: Clients will be able to enjoy free carriage rides throughout the city center. The wagons will run on Friday from 5 pm to 9 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 2 pm. The carriages are sponsored by Dustin Hornbuckle-Alfa Insurance and Family Chiropractic A Wellness Center. The loading and unloading of the wagons will be located in the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Cookies with Santa: Santa Claus will be at the Historic Train Depot on Saturday, November 19 from 10 am to 12 pm. The children will receive cookies and will be able to give Santa his Christmas list. ¡Bicycle raffle for 4 lucky kids!
  • AHS Vocal Ease / AMS Vocal Point performances: Both choirs will take turns performing on Saturday in different parts of the city center. ( 9:45 Historic Train Depot, 10:45 JaMoka's Coffee Co., 11:45 Local Joe's and possibly others )
  • Shades of Pemberley Bookstore You will have an hour of Christmas stories on Saturday, November 19 ( times vary ). Children can enjoy dramatic readings from their favorite Christmas stories while Pemberley Penguin joins them. They will also have local authors in the store for a book signing event on Friday night and throughout the day on Saturday.
  • Hammer's Hall: Local Joe's will host Merry Market at Hammer's Hall from 9 am to 4 pm.
  • Local Joe's: the stage at Local Joe's will be ready for Christmas portraits with Santa both days and will have a sample bar installed on Friday night from 5 p.m. m. at 9 p. m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. m. at 4 p. m. The bar will feature sauces, crackers, cider, and chocolate.
  • Albertville Home Bakery You will receive Mrs. Claus and her Christmas cookie decorating kits on Saturday, November 20 from 10 am to 2 pm. Children will be able to decorate their cookie and parents will be encouraged to post photos of their children's decorated cookies on the bakery's Facebook page and tag Albertville Home Bakery.
  • Christmas fun area for children: The Chamber will have a playground located in the Farmer's Market parking lot on Saturday, November 20 from 10 am to 2 pm.
  • Busted Oak Bourbon Society: Specials in Christmas drinks on Fridays and Saturdays. Live music Friday night.
  • Stach in East Main: Pink Friday offers with a wine bar on Friday, November 19 and a champagne bar and a children's face painting station on Saturday, November 20.
  • Bucci Boutique: Chocolate, cookies and Christmas Specials both days.
  • Unique 4 U Design Studio: Friday, November 19, GREAT SHIPPING OFFER with extended hours and snacks both days.
  • Plaid Giraffe Children's Clothing Store will have Santa Claus from 6 to 8 p.m. m. on Friday and will offer decorations on Saturday for children under 12 years old.
  • The Outdoor Loft: Jingle and Mingle on Friday, November 19 from 5 to 9 p. m. with Angelina’s Coffee Camper and delicious Christmas delights from Sinfully Sweets. “ Winner Wonderland ” will take place on Saturday and the first 50 customers will receive a scratch coupon worth 10 to 25% off their purchase that day. ( You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for the scratch )
  • JaMoka's Coffee Co. You will have a hot chocolate bar and cider for your guests from 7 am to 2 pm on Saturday, November 20.
  • Cherrywood Market You will have vendors, food trucks, and a lot of live Christmas trees on site.
  • Central farmers market: Local farmers will have a special festive market with jams, jellies, breads, etc. ¡Perfect to give away at parties!
  • The Albertville Museum He will present letters to Santa both days. Children can sit down to write their letters to Santa and leave them in the mailbox at the North Pole. They will also have the Mountain Valley Singers singing Saturday at 1pm.
  • Main Channel Brewing Co.: Christmas karaoke night on Fridays from 5 to 8 p.m. m. Saturday will open at 11:00 p.m. m. Open house special of hot chocolate with picket. Lena's food trail will be on site both days.
  • Christmas Photo Station: Take the family to the Christmas Photo Station in Caboose located in the historic Train Depot for those Christmas family photos. The Caboose will be decorated for the season and will be open to the public for photos during the center's open house.
  • Free gift wrap for parties: The Albertville Chamber of Commerce will provide free gift wrapping from November 19 to December 21 for any locally made purchases with a valid receipt. Provide your own box. Christmas gift wrap sponsored by the Albertville Karate Academy.
