Join us as we anticipate the Town’s Bicentennial by celebrating all things Manchester at our annual Downtown Scarecrow Festival. Stroll down Main Street to view the unique scarecrow creations!
Individuals of all ages, families, schools, clubs, non-profits, businesses and organizations are all welcome to create a scarecrow.
