The COVID-19 pandemic brought about new challenges and emphasized the importance of physical and mental health in the workplace. Employers now have an opportunity to provide support and decrease stigma regarding mental health in a way that could benefit not only their employees but their bottom line as well. This presentation will explore practical ways for employers to support their staff and foster an employee-centered wellness culture.
