On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Plainview High School standout Samuel Crowell’s current college team, the Lee Flames, lost 8-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Delta State Statesmen.

The game took place at Harvey Stadium at Ferriss Field. This was their third matchup against the Statesmen this season.

The Flames’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 3 p.m. at Larry Carpenter Stadium at Olympic Field against Carson-Newman Eagles.
