On Friday, March 14, former Albertville High School standout Alex Johnson’s current college team, the Mississippi Choctaws, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lee Flames.

The game took place at Larry Carpenter Stadium at Olympic Field. This was their second matchup against the Flames this season.

The Choctaws’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 3:25 p.m. at Larry Carpenter Stadium at Olympic Field against Lee Flames.
