On Friday, April 11, former Geraldine High School standout Lydia West’s current college team, the Alabama Huntsville Chargers, won 9-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Mississippi Choctaws.

The game took place at Charger Park. This was their first matchup against the Choctaws this season.

The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 2:05 p.m. at Charger Park against Mississippi Choctaws.
