On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Geraldine High School standout Lydia West’s current college team, the Alabama Huntsville Chargers, lost 9-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Augustana Vikings.

The game took place at Broussard Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Vikings this season.

The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 6 at 4 p.m. at Naimoli Family Softball Field against Tampa Spartans.
