A Grand Jury indictment was issued for Issac Hunter Dismuke (28 of Crossville) for three counts of a School Employee Engaging in a Sex Act with a Student Under the Age of 19 Years and two counts of Rape 2nd.  Dismuke was booked into the DeKalb County Detention Center on February 27, 2023, on a $300,000.00 bond.

DeKalb County Sheriff Nick Welden said of the incident: “It is sad that these types of arrests have to be made on those who are entrusted to teach and protect students’ well-being and safety.  But these offenses will not be tolerated in our county.”

“God Bless!” Concluded Sheriff Welden.
