On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Guntersville High School standout Brittany Slaten’s current college team, the Alabama Huntsville Chargers, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the North Georgia Nighthawks.

The game took place at Toyota Field. This was their first matchup against the Nighthawks this season.

The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 1 p.m. at Charger Park against West Florida Argonauts.
