On Friday, Jan. 31, former Guntersville High School standout Brittany Slaten’s current college team, the Alabama Huntsville Chargers, lost 10-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Harding Bisons.

The game took place at Broussard Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Bisons this season.

The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 6 p.m. at Broussard Sports Complex against Southern Arkansas Lady Muleriders.
