On Friday, Jan. 31, former Albertville High School standout Avery Dickerson’s current college team, the Auburn Montgomery Warhawks, won 9-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Rogers State Hillcats.

The game took place at Gulf Shores Sportsplex. This was their first matchup against the Hillcats this season.

The Warhawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 4 p.m. at Gulf Shores Sportsplex against Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.
